Carolynn Beck is an experienced and aggressive litigator and trial attorney licensed in California, the District of Columbia, and Virginia. She has litigated a wide variety of cases, including complex business litigation, general liability, bad faith litigation, wrongful termination and sexual harassment, and real estate disputes. Immediately prior to joining Pierce Burns LLP, Ms. Beck worked for Murchison & Cumming LLP, an AV-rated “go to” law firm for litigation in California and Nevada. While with Murchison & Cumming, Ms. Beck practiced primarily business litigation, insurance defense litigation, and employment litigation. Throughout her career, she has represented all types of clients, ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 companies and everything in between.
Ms. Beck is a graduate of the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she was an editor for the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal and president of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. She also served as an extern for the Honorable H. Walter Croskey of the California Court of Appeal.
Ms. Beck remains an active leader of the bar community. She is currently serving on the Board of Governors for the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, and volunteers on the Governance Committee for the Military Spouse JD Network.
